Rawata was purchased from Arawata Deer Stud as a 2yr old where he cut a lovely 6kg velvet head. He moved up to Peel Forest and we were extremely impressed with his temperament. He is a super quiet, friendly stag. Used in both the Forrester and Velvet lines he is influencing these bloodlines with great promise, with one of his 3yr olds cutting 11.41 kg of tidy velvet in 2022.
With him continually cutting +12kg of velvet is is a true sire for us at Peel Forest.
